Chi-town baby . . .

Here I am sitting next to Mathius in Chicago. I did my long run today because I didn't do a thing yesterday. 6 miles! I ended up running downtown. It was a great sense of accomplishment. The knees held up today but everything else is sore. Mathius leaves in the morning and I am planning on doing some major address labeling. Yippee! Doesn't that sound like a blast. I think I will take some time off to head downtown and see what kind of damage I can do at the shops. Now that sounds like a good time.
